Biography

My research?is focused?on the history of education, particularly the history of women in higher education and the early years of coeducation in Canadian universities.??My teaching interests include historical methods, history of education, and Canadian intellectual history.? I served as President of the Canadian History of Education Association from 2006-2008, and am currently Treasurer of the Ontario Women's History Network.? I served as?Chair of the Department of History at Porn研究所 from 2005-2012.??I am a Professor of History in the School of Liberal Arts, and Vice-Dean of?the Faculty of Arts.
